Live in reality not in social media. Try to eat fruits and vegetables. Try to read, read, read…. At least 10 pages every day and write your stuff. Play physical games, but not mind games. Motivate yourself. Try to walk long with good music and people. Learn something new everyday. Drink more water. Be with parents, eat with parents. Be kind, kindness is a ultimate strength. They had a relaxed attitude toward sex, seeing it as a natural part of life.
